*My Perspectives on a Productive Programme*

   CONSTRUCTIVE TEACHING &LEARNING with TECHNOLOGY

        💐💐💐  RTICTCO2_ AP  💐💐💐

I was extremely delighted when I received an Excel sheet through whatsup group, in which  I saw a list of 50 teachers were selected from our district  to receive an online certificate training programme titled " CAPACITY BUILDING  OF TEACHERS" from March 8th 2022.It is a 5 Week certificate course designed by the TISSx with coordination of unicef.

Later  I received an email with link to register and enroll into the course.I felt abundant pleasure to be a part of this learning platform.

The programme consists of 2 online meetings. The first one was the inauguration programme which was held on March 8th 2022.In the midst of the course period  the second  zoom meeting also conducted .

Conclusion:  constructive Teaching  and Learning with Technology  supports the learning with involvement of learners in the process.

 * Knowledge is Constructive rather than passive receiving.

*Individual differences should be taken into the consideration in the Transaction.

*Classroom transaction should be pragmatic &Project based. Then only it is helpful to develop the problem solving skills  among the learners.

*Learning by doing,Creating videos ,conducting surveys & interviews and creating videos etc develop the scientific temper among the learner.

*Constructive teaching is useful to the  holistic development of the learner.

NEP_2020Supports the 21st century skills which are essential in the post covid era.
