   The Peacock and the Crow

Once upon a time, in a dense forest, there lived a peacock who was very proud of his colorful and dazzling feathers. Every day, he would dance and show off his beautiful plumage to all the other birds. The peacock often looked down upon the other birds, especially the crow, because of their plain feathers.

One day, a crow approached the peacock and said, “Why do you always boast about your feathers? Beauty is not everything.”The peacock sneered and replied, “You are just jealous because you don’t have beautiful feathers like mine.

”The crow decided to teach the peacock a lesson. It invited the peacock to a feast that was being held across a river. The peacock accepted the invitation and followed the crow to the riverbank. When they arrived, the peacock realized there was no bridge to cross the river. The crow said, “Don’t worry, I will fly across and bring some food back for you.”

The peacock felt humiliated as it could not fly as well as the crow. The crow easily flew across the river and returned with some food, while the peacock had to wait helplessly. The peacock then understood that every creature has its own strengths and that it should not look down upon others.

Moral:

* Do not boast about your strengths and look down upon others, as everyone has unique abilities that are valuable in different situations.
