Elara,the wise Eagle

Classes: 3rd to 5th

English:

            Elara,the wise Eagle

Once upon a time, in a dense forest, there lived an old eagle named Elara. She was known throughout the forest for her wisdom and bravery. As the years passed, Elara's wings grew weak, and she could no longer soar high in the sky like she used to. She spent most of her days perched on a high cliff, reminiscing about her youth and watching over the forest.

One day, a young eaglet named Aero found himself lost and scared. He had strayed too far from his nest while trying to learn how to fly. Seeing Aero’s predicament, Elara swooped down and guided him to a safe perch. Aero, amazed by her knowledge and kindness, asked Elara to teach him how to become a strong and brave eagle like her.Elara agreed, and every day she taught Aero the skills needed to survive and thrive in the wild. She taught him how to fly higher and further, how to spot prey from a great distance, and how to navigate using the sun and stars. Most importantly, she taught him the values of patience, perseverance, and respect for all creatures.Months passed, and Aero grew into a magnificent eagle, admired by all in the forest. However, he never forgot the lessons from Elara.

One day, a severe storm hit the forest. Many animals were in danger, and the young and weak needed help. Remembering Elara’s teachings, Aero took charge and organized a rescue mission. He led the efforts to find shelter and food for those in need, ensuring everyone’s safety. After the storm passed, the animals of the forest gathered to thank Aero for his leadership and bravery. Aero, humbly, attributed his actions to the wisdom imparted by Elara. He shared the lessons he had learned, emphasizing the importance of using one’s strength and knowledge to help others.

Elara, watching from her high perch, felt a sense of pride and fulfillment. She knew that her legacy would live on through Aero and the many others who would be inspired by his actions.

 Moral :

  * True strength lies not just in physical abilities but in wisdom, kindness, and the willingness to help others.

  * The greatest legacy one can leave is the positive impact they have on others’ lives.
