               The Loyal Dog

Once upon a time, in a small village, there lived a farmer named John who had a loyal dog named Max. Max was not just any dog; he was John's best friend and constant companion. He helped John with his daily chores, guarded the house, and kept the livestock safe.

One summer day, John decided to go to the market to sell some of his produce. Before leaving, he told Max to stay behind and guard the house. Max, understanding his duty, sat diligently by the front door, ready to protect his master's home. While John was away, a stranger approached the house. He had heard of John’s absence and intended to steal from him. As the stranger neared the house, Max began to bark loudly, warning the intruder to stay away. The stranger, seeing Max’s fierce determination, decided it was too risky to proceed and fled. When John returned from the market, he was proud to see Max standing guard.

Hearing of Max's bravery from a neighbor who witnessed the scene, John was deeply moved. He knelt beside Max, petted him lovingly, and said, "Thank you, Max. You truly are my loyal friend."From that day forward, John made sure to give Max extra care and affection, recognizing the unwavering loyalty and protection his faithful friend provided.

  Moral :
