   Let me grab your attention to have a brief look of  a calendar day 12/11/2024  in my diary.
    

Dear Diary!

     Its an amazing day to attend a marvellous initiative programme regarding STEM and CAREER GUIDANCE at Sri Padmavathi Mahila visvavidyalayam at Tirupathi.

What is STEM?
  

   

  STEM  Awareness and Career Guidance is a programme included in PM- USHA.It is a programme organising with collaboration of  Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visvavidyalayam and Government school teachers in Tirupathi and Chittoor Districts.

  

    The main Objectives of this programme :

       *To support future generation with           career  guidance.
       * To develop Creativity and Critical            Thinking among the learners.
       * To inculcate problem solving       abilities

       *To identify the gaps and bridge them in the  learning process through technology.
      * Encourage the learners to participate in the International competitions  to mould them as Global citizens.

      * Aware the students with updated skills like AI, Robotics, Coding etc.
     * All these are possible with proper guidance and training to the facilitators. So it also supports trainings to teachers.

*21st century skills.

*Empower Women and minorities 

* Quality development & Skill development
   Strategies recommended in Stem:

    *Project based Learning 
    
   * Integrating Research and Industry for encouraging new innivations.
   * Eliciting the potential skills among the learners.
    * Introducing Career guidance courses and awaring the users with Job opportunities.
   * prioritize induvidual training.
   * introducing role models and conducting interviews with various fields and careers.
   * Encourage girl students to abolish gender bias.

     Experience of the curtain raising day of the programme.

  * Programme was held at Saveri seminar hall at Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupathi.

  

   

* It was started with Visvavidyalayam special prayer song.

* PM-USHA programme details are introduced and guests introduction given by Prof. Anuradha.

  * Prof Sujatha and Prof Vani gave their brief introduction about the programme.

* Valuable interpretations of guest speakers and resource persons of the programme.

* very much thankful to the Faculty of IISER, Tirupathi. 🙏🙏

 * They gave wonderful presentations with statistical data of various fields and underlined the role of Teachers to aware girl children towards empowerment.

* Many Job opportunities, courses, National level programmes were discussed in the sessions.

* Lab visits gave a nice learning experience for us.

* Very much thankful to the CEO madam.

    Wow! What a fantastic day  it was! I admire this experience with heart felt gratitude to the programme designers💐💐
  The hospitality provided by SPMVV is remarkable.

Hello Readers!🙏📖📖   Let's have a glance at a bedtime story, which I read today.      Once there lived a poor farmer named Pahom, who believed that if he had more land, he would be perfectly happy. He started off with a small piece of land and worked hard. But soon, he wants more and more land. His desire keeps growing, and he became greedy. Author uses this character to show how human desires can become endless.           One day, Pahom heard about a group of people called the Bashkirs, who were willing to give him as much land as he can walk around in a single day—for a small price.
