APRIL-2025:

     With reference to the notification of Commissioner Mr. Vijaya Ramaraju Sir, I have applied to Tab-based test for rendering my service in DIET, Karvetinagar under FSTC in April and also attended an interview at DEO office chittoor. 

    MAY:

        On 9th May  2025 relieved from ZPHS Girls Karvetinagar and on 10th May  2025 joined at DIET Karvetinagar as Lecturer in English.

        

JUNE:

      After the Summer vacation College was reopened on June 12th,2025.

     
    

    International Yoga Day was celebrated on June 21st at College premises. Participated in the Yoga  practice along with Staff, students, GMUPS staff and students, MEO-1 & MEO-2 of Karvetinagar etc.

   

      

        

         The International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking,( World Drug day) was celebrated on June 26th 2025 to aware the youth and the society. An awareness campaign ( Rally) conducted at Karvetinagar.

     

    JULY:

      Participated as a judge for essay writing competition on account of World Population day celebrations on July 11th.

   AUGUST:

         79th Independence day was celebrated in a grand manner on 15th August 2025 at College.

        Participated in 5day workshop at SALT office vijayawada for PAL content vetting programme. Its immense pleasure to get the opportunity to work in PAL content.

  

     
     Participated at one day orientation programme of 

G-FLN in  Mary's  Stella college at Vijayawada.

   

   

  
     Participated in "Telugu Basha Dhinotsavam" and Sports day celebrations.

     

 

SEPTEMBER :

      Teachers' day greetings were received in a grand manner by the student- teachers in a grand manner.

  

     

"Kalautsav" district level Competitions held at College.

   

            

   

   OCTOBER: 

     

    As a per the Almanac,First year D. El. Ed students are instructed to complete their IOP at various schools. Accompanied them for successful completion of the programme.

    

     
     

   

   

Ektha Diwas  was celebrated.

     Value Education : 

       NEP-2020 emphasized on value Education. So in this scenario Student -teachers should be aware of good values of a great teacher. To aware this a guest faculty was invited to college and given a seminar. It is very useful.

    

NOVEMBER:

       G-FLN ( Guaranteed Foundational Literacy & Numeracy ) It is an educational program focused on strengthening basic reading, writing, and math skills for primary school students. It is implemented in Indian states as part of the Samagra Shiksha initiative to align with NIPUN Bharat goals.
 Scope of GFLN :

    *  Ensures students achieve foundational literacy and numeracy by age 8.
   * Focusing on reading with understanding and basic arithmetic.

  

   Implementation:
   Involves 75-day action plans, including baseline surveys, remedial teaching, and rigorous monitoring to track student progress.
   Goal: 
   *To enhance cognitive development and ensure that by the end of Grade 3, all children have fundamental literacy and numeracy skills.
   * The initiative aims to improve education quality, particularly in Andhra Pradesh, through specific teacher guidelines and assessment tools.

   

With this aim our student- teachers and along with guide lecturers visited erst chittoor dist mandals. As a part of this programme I got an opportunity to visit many schools in G. D. Nellore mandal and S. R. Puram Mandal.

    Grateful for the Co-operation of Mandal team.

    

   Children's day was conducted at College.

   

DECEMBER: 

    Pariksha pe churcha:

   Awareness given to students, teachers and parents.

      


  G-FLN 75 days Action Plan was implemented in AndhraPradesh from December 8th.

     

    Monitored this  75 days Action Plan Implementation through online and offline mode. Lecturers were allotted mandals for this purpose. I got an opportunity to visit Puttur, Vijayapuram, Karvetinagaram mandals.

    Follow-up done through online in Bangarupalyam mandl.

  

   Maths day celebration

  Was celebrated on 22nd December in a grand manner.

    

      

   

JANUARY :

Participated in District level Rangotsav Competitions.

      
  

  Republic day celebrations were held.

   

 Implementation of GFLN -75 days plan was monitored.

   

     
     

   

FEBRUARY :

   National Science day was conducted in an innovative way.

   

   

  

Attended two day orientation programme at Archana College, Rayachoti 

    

MARCH: 

      Teach tool Training held for 2 batches at College.I was attended the training in the second batch.

   

   

   

     

Participated at Women's day programme at ZPHS Girls Puttur.

    

APRIL:

  GFLN EndTest conducted by DIET students and CRPs. Monitoring done through online and off-line mode.

    

     

     

 Foundation of Amaravathi day was celebrated.

    

    * visited No bag day activities.

   

   * Attended 2 Mega PTMs

  

  
   
  

   

      

   * CRC visits

   

       

   * Planting trees: Environment awareness given by Forest Department. 

  

Supported Digital Integrated Transaction.

    

   

   As per the Almanac guidelines
   
   * Encouraged student-teachers to practice  in Action Research.
   * 3 Book Reviews written. Among them one is digitalized in the blog.

  Beyond the academics, Attended ECHO Online programmes, School safety education,, watched Diksha courses etc.

   

   Milestones in this Academic Year

   G-FLN: Participated in Orientation, Baseline survey, 75 days Action Plan & End test.

  

  PAL Content Vetting: 

Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL)

Feeling previliged to  participate in the vetting workshops of PAL content.It is an initiative and great plan to Prioritise Individual differences in the learning process and fill the gaps in the learning. Dependecy content strengthens the learning as remedial teaching.

   

  

Teach Tool :

   Teach tool is a standardized observation tool. The training focuses on scoring teachers on classroom culture, instruction, and socio-emotional skills

    

  

  Hence,
   2025-26 is a very happy Professional year.
