          The Wise Old Owl

Once upon a time, in a dense forest, there lived a wise old owl in an oak tree. The owl observed everything that happened in the forest. As the days passed, the owl grew wiser because it listened carefully and spoke less.

One day, a young boy from a nearby village wandered into the forest. He was noisy and scared away the animals as he tromped through the woods.

The owl watched the boy but remained silent. The boy sat down under the oak tree, frustrated that he hadn’t seen any animals. He began to complain loudly.Suddenly, a gentle voice spoke. It was the wise old owl.

The boy was startled and asked the owl why he hadn’t seen any animals. The owl responded, “You make too much noise. The animals are frightened away by your loud voice and careless movements.”The boy asked, “What should I do?”The owl advised, “Be still and quiet. Observe your surroundings and learn from them. The forest has much to teach if you are willing to listen.

The boy took the owl's advice and remained quiet and observant. Over time, he began to notice the rustling of leaves, the chirping of birds, and the scampering of small animals.

He realized that the forest was full of life and that he had been too loud to notice it before.

    Moral:

*Wisdom comes from listening and observing, not just from speaking.

This story teaches the value of patience, observation, and the importance of listening to gain wisdom.
