The Entrepreneurial Mindset Development Programme (EMDP) is a structured training program aimed at cultivating the essential skills and qualities needed for success in entrepreneurship. 
    * To foster creativity, critical thinking, risk-taking, and adaptability among participants. Through a combination of workshops, mentorship, and practical exercises, 
   * EMDP helps individuals develop an entrepreneurial mindset that enables them to identify opportunities, solve problems efficiently, and navigate challenges effectively. By encouraging innovation and resourcefulness.
    * This programme empowers aspiring entrepreneurs to take initiative, make informed decisions, and persevere in the face of adversity.
   * EMDP aims to equip participants with the confidence and resilience needed to turn their business ideas into successful ventures.

Its main objectives are

    * It gives wide scope for Experiential Learning.
  # As a part of this programme our students identified a problem in their vicinity. ( Identification of the Problem)
      


# They have noticed the circumstances, Vulnerabilities of the problem.( Statement of the Problem )

  
# They planned to findout solutions to the above. ( Formulation of Hypothesis)

 Strategies 

  * Visited their stteets and neighbour streets to define the problem.
  *  Approached and took help from the sanitary employees for proper cleanliness.

   


* Conducted  a  Rally in our town with the help of our HM madam, MEO sir, our guide teacher, other teachers and our Peer group to aware of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle 

   





   


* Conducted a Competition for writing Slogans and quotations regarding Garbage segregation.

   

    
* Awareness given to public about the demerits of plastic usage and encouraged to replace it with natural substances.Distributed Jute bags, Paper cups and leaf cups etc to the public.

   


* Awareness about Garbage Segregation 
      Garbage segregation is the process of separating waste into different categories to facilitate proper disposal, recycling, and management.

    
  

     It helps reduce environmental pollution, improve recycling efficiency, and minimize landfill waste.

    Importance of Waste Segregation:

• Reduces landfill waste and pollution

• Improves recycling efficiency

• Conserves natural resources

• Prevents contamination of recyclable materials

• Helps in proper disposal of hazardous substances

      • Green - Biodegradable (organic) waste
    *  Blue  Recyclable waste (plastic, glass, paper, metal)
    • Red - Hazardous waste (chemicals, batteries, medical waste)
